Elizabeth Heilmann – January Student of the Month

Congratulations to Elizabeth Heilmann and her parents, Dr. Tim and Sue Heilmann, for being nominated by the English department as our student of the month!  Lizzie is a member and treasurer of the National Honor Society and has been consistently on the high honor roll throughout high school.  Her favorite subject has been AP Biology.  Lizzie is also very active in our school community, including:  secretary of key club, Christian Club, president of eco-act recycling club, vice president of the Lancer band, president of the Lancer choir, knight music, and environthon.  Lizzie has been accepted to the University of Notre Dame in South Bend with a major in biological sciences and then attend medical school with a focus on genetics research.  She is also active in her church, St. Ann’s, as a member of the choir.  When she has any spare time, Lizzie enjoys knitting and reading.  Congratulations to Elizabeth and her parents on being recognized as the January student of the month!
