Last week, we were visited by a representative from the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, who was here interviewing us on a program that they facilitate in conjunction with youth foreign exchange programs. Specifically, the representative spoke with us about our willingness to contribute to international peace and providing a comfortable experience to various scholarship recipients. According to his own account, Hamza Ali, our current exchange student from Pakistan, has had a great experience so far here at LTHS. We look forward to hosting more individuals through this worthwhile program!
